Whether your project is a new system in a new or existing building, modifying an existing system due to a tenant improvement and/or change in occupancy, design-build, or shop drawings for engineered systems, the following are examples of available services:

• Bid Documents and Drawings - everything from project-specific specifications to fully code compliant device layouts will assist you in making sure contractors are bidding on a level playing ground across the board and minimize or even eliminate change orders.

• Shop Drawings and Submittals - includes manufacturer-specific, fully code compliant, device layout, circuiting, riser diagrams, battery calcs, voltage drops (end sum or point-to-point), dBA cal, speaker circuit line-loss calcs, data sheets, electronically submitting to the AHJ, O&M manuals, and record drawings/as-builts (along with a point map for the fire official) once our design has been installed.

• Value Engineering - When the bid documents include an engineered fire alarm device layout, it often has to be  generic since they don't know the manufacturer that will be used.  This means there are more than likely changes to other disciplines that occur during their shop drawing processes that will affect your device placement.  When you allow us to value engineer your project, we will coordinate with the other disciplines (such as the sprinkler contractor and mechanical contractors) to minimize any surprises your installers will encounter in the field.  This will help minimize your as-built changes.
